By Robbie Bee. Vintage, petal-like bodice that's covered with big polka dots. Skinny wiggle skirt, topped with a fluffy, double-layer peplum and this time the dots are merged with big roses. A gorgeous black and white theme. The straps are placed so that they mimic a halter. 100% cotton, this dress can be hand-washed. Closes at the back with a long plastic zipper.
