Returns & Exchanges
With the exception of the items mentioned below as NON-REFUNDABLE, all returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt. We are happy to accept returns on full price and sale items.
Credit will not be issued for the following:
-All customized / made-to-orders.
-All items from KTR Kloset.
-Any damage/worn, fragrant, lost, stolen or missing items without tracking confirmation are non-refundable.
All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unscented and have original tags attached if any. We recommend you return your package via USPS (Please note: P.O. Boxes does not accept FedEx) with a tracking number in case of loss /thief during shipping. If the package gets lost or stolen without a tracking number, unfortunately we will not be able to give you a refund, no exception. As soon as we receive your return, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. You will be notified via email at the email address listed on your account when your order was placed. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us (typically 3-5 business days). Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.
We accept exchanges within 14 days of receipt if you need a different size for the same item. Please send your order back to us (via USPS mail, P.O. Boxes does not accept FedEx) indicating the size you need. As soon as we receive your exchange, we will reship the correct size within 3 business days via USPS priority 2-day mail ($12.00). We are happy to honor a one time reship at a $12.00 value. Please note that exchanges does not apply to nonrefundable items.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns that are heavily scented because we are unable to sell these garments to our customers.
